This page displays some comparisons between the global simulation of the net ecosystem productivity (NEP) by the ORCHIDEE model and pointwise measurements made by the eddy-covariance technique. The fluxes have been averaged over 24 hours. Note that ORCHIDEE uses here ECMWF global atmospheric data rather than the locally-measured weather parameters.
